Our client is seeking a Project Manager in Hollywood, FL. Earn $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year at this full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Coordinates subcontract work in all trades associated with project.
- Maintains and coordinates project schedules and ensures overall project quality.
- Directly supervises numerous outside resources including architects, engineers, subcontractors, equipment/material vendors, and construction management consultants.
- Establishes and communicates deadlines for consturction completion.
- Works to maintain open lines of communication between office, field, and client.
- Prepares construction budgets for review and approval by upper managment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 10 years of related business experience.
- Must have experience with PROLOG & PRIMAVERA P6.
- Knowledge of AUTO-CAD preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be very organized and detail oriented.
