ECC Horizon provides environmental consulting and remediation services to many of the nation’s Fortune 1000 companies. With offices across the country, the firm currently directs more than 500 environmental investigation and remediation projects throughout the U.S.

ECC Horizon's practice is dedicated to subsurface site investigation, remediation, causation analysis, project management and litigation support. Over the past 20 years, the firm has successfully resolved thousands of contamination cases.

As a result of continuing growth, ECC Horizon is seeking Project Managers for its Indianapolis, Indiana office. The successful candidates will direct multiple activities and engage in broad client contact, project design, supervision, budgeting and auditing.

Project Managers are responsible for: (1) establishing causation, (2) designing project budgets, (3) assessing and allocating vendor service costs, (4) devising and executing investigation/remediation strategies, as well as (5) supervising professional staff and contractor personnel. In-house professional training is provided.

Qualified candidates will have the following credentials:

• 10 years or more of direct site investigation and remediation experience
• Academic degrees in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science
• Comprehensive knowledge of regional technical requirements, rules and regulations
• Direct experience specifying and managing soil and ground water remediation systems
• Demonstrated success in supervising professional staff and contractor personnel
• Strong work ethic and collegial team participant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Litigation support experience a plus but is not required.
