Project Manager

Description:
Manages the development of best practices and business system readiness for Rockwell Automations Global Sales Operations function. Works through cross-functional teams focused on the preparation for new business system implementation and readiness to prepare for this change.

Plans and directs schedules including monitoring projects from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.

In this role, direct people management responsibility is not typically required.

Works on complex issues where analysis of processes requires and in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Establishes operational objectives and work plans.

Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of complex project activities.

Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Qualifications:
Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Project Management, Process Improvement and SAP implementation experience. Requires knowledge and experience with Order to Cash, Market to Quote, and Issue to Resolution process streams (that support a sales environment).

Desired Qualifications:

Individual with Channel Experience, Greenbelt Certification and an Engineering or Technical Background.
