Description:
BPs WC FVC has responsibility for the various channels of trade by which we market our finished petroleum products. The retail network on the West Coast is represented by one or more of the following brands: ARCO fuel, ampm convenience stores, and Thrifty Oil. In addition to ongoing maintenance and refresh of our brand and image elements, periodically we embark on more significant reimage campaigns. Recently we initiated development of a comprehensive program, aiming to significantly improve the existing lighting and appearance elements of the ARCO forecourt across the retail network.
The Project Manager for WC FVC "Luminate" project will operate in a highly autonomous mode, leading all phases of program development and execution across the retail network. The Project Manager will assist in creating clear and attainable project objectives, establishing project requirements, scoping and full network rollout strategy. The Project Manager will also ensure client satisfaction by delivering a world class site image program, as measured by quality, schedule and lowest total cost fulfillment of client standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree.
2. Five or more years of demonstrated success in managing moderate to major projects and resources in an industrial environment.
3. Three or more years of petroleum industry experience in project design, engineering or management.
4. Project management skills and competencies including CVP (or equivalent project excellence processes).
5. Demonstrated experience in engineering consulting and commercial or retail construction contractor management.
6. Relates well to people at all levels, demonstrates capability to influence others powerfully, and provides strong, clear project leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
