Job Title:  Project Manager


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


Provides project coordination of customer projects and initiatives. Ongoing collaboration with internal and external customers is required to complete projects.


Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Ensure identified scope of the project is achieved. Manage any conflicts effectively to ensure resolution is reached with minimum disruption to workflow – motivate and negotiate win-win solutions with team members to affect this


Keep all parties informed of work progress, anticipate changes and communicate these quickly assigning remedial action and accompanying deadlines as required. Be good humored, positive, and motivating


Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Assess customer processes and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary. Specific tasks include assessing and articulating the “current state”, analyzing opportunities for improvement, documenting and articulating recommended improvement, gathering support for and implementing new or improved processes.


Manage assigned projects from initiation to closing, including the development and maintenance of all project documentation, providing status updates (quantitative and qualitative) along the way to required personnel. Schedule and run customer meetings.


Develop and grow strong relationships with internal and external customers.


Qualifications: 


Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


Three to five years of experience in project coordination or transition.


Must possess a valid driver’s license. Prefer candidates with an active membership in an accredited facilities or project management institute or association. PMP or CAPM certification preferred.


Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
