Job Description

Lead teams of multi-disciplined personnel to deliver systems within guidelines for schedule, cost, quality and productivity
Full responsibility and accountability of project delivery
Apply knowledge of appropriate project management tools and techniques effectively
Facilitate project schedule development
Update and monitor schedule progress and implement remedial actions as appropriate
Collect and distribute project information to project stakeholders (status meetings and reports as appropriate)
Facilitate development and execution of Risk Management Plan
Ensure quality standards are satisfied
Enforce effective change control
Forecast and monitor project budgets and costs to complete and facilitate corrective action for variances
Develop and execute Software Development Plan
Participate in customer meetings as required
Forecast resource requirements
Initiate procurement of necessary products and services
Manage stakeholder exceptions and project issues

Required Skills

BS degree in Project Management, Information Systems or related field
MS or MBA in related field is highly desirable
Minimum of 8 years overall related information technology experience
Minimum five years of Project Management experience, with focus on large scale systems/projects plus at least eight years overall information technology experience
PMP Certification highly beneficial
Proficiency using Project Scheduling tools
