Project Manager
About the Job
The successful candidate will manage multiple residential construction projects. This includes managing project budgets and meeting and interacting with subcontractors and material suppliers. The Project Manager will monitor the progress of each job in accordance with the timeline established. PM will verify that all related inspections for project related paperwork, knowledge of job safety in order to maintain proper job site documentation according to company safety plan, periodically inspect/review the equipment being used by the contractors. Some related experience in accounting desired but not required. Must have verifiable references. Salary plus performance based incentives.
