
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams of process/business experts, engineers and configurations specialists to deliver client projects on time, on budget and in scope. They are also the primary point of contact for new clients from the closing of the sale to the successful implementation of the solutions.
Project Managers lead teams, manage clients, understand and perform critial path analysis, report into both the VP of Implementations as well as senior management and are responsible for project reporting including utilization, project profitability and project P&L
Responsibilities
· Leading large, multi-disciplinary projects
· Client management
· Scope and operational project management
· Delivery of engagements on time, on budget and within scope
· Tracking and delivering to project metrics
· Communications, escalations and resolving complex client issues
· Acting as point of contact to senior-level client project managers and executive sponsors
· Mentoring and coaching team members
Requirements
· 3 + years project management experience in IT, System Integrations, Process Management or cross-discipline projects
· High level interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy
· Understand standard project management processes/procedures
· Ability to manage small to large projects
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to track and manage project finaicla and operational metrics
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Technical and business process project management experience
· Scope management and client management experience
