Title: Project Manager and Technical Lead

Project Manager position with strong emphasis on technical understanding and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
Day to day project management duties and adherence to the company SDLC methodology
Organize and manage projects, gain buy-in from all associated project personnel
Technical leadership through design reviews, soliciting opinions of peers and subject matter experts, moderating technical discussions
Development of project plan, from conception through implementation,
Tracking dates, deliverables and assignments, escalation, risks, maintain issues log, report status
Coordination of all documentation (technical and project related), creation of all PM deliverables defined in SDLC
Recommending process improvements
 

Skills required:

Demonstrated leadership abilities 
Be able to effectively work in a matrixed multiple stakeholder environment
Scrum  or  other Agile project management practice 
Ability to analyze technical architecture 
Ability to write and maintain technical documents (design documents, infrastructure diagrams, step by step setup instructions) 
Integration testing experience
Experience with administering or designing Unix or Windows systems and IP networks
Working knowledge of a Unix scripting language (Perl, shell script or ruby)
Understanding and be able to create reports, metrics, scorecards 
Knowledge of RSA enVision product is beneficial
