ARI Packaging's core competencies include contract manufacturing, custom assembly, repacking and fulfillment in conditioned and refrigerated facilities. Project Managers are responsible total program ownership including direct client management, material & procurement management and production control. Project Managers are accountable for managing their overall projects as well as all day to day operational aspects in order to minimize company exposure and project risk.
•Lead the planning & implementation all project aspects including forecast planning, material procurement, production execution, delivery, inventory and billings.
•Lead & Assemble all new and critical program kick off reviews/ pre-production meetings
•Responsible for complete system management & understanding including Item Master set ups, BOM reviews, monitoring and shipping information.
•Facilitation of all tasks associated to Client product management associated to product STO ordering & management, production inventory acceptance and finished good/ residual product deployments.
•Procurement of supplier goods and services applicable to the project including procurement (PO issuance), re-bids, cost accuracy, vendor delivery adherence, quality issue ownership & resolutions.
•Accurate and detailed production folders & system job scheduling
•Over age/Obsolete Inventory Management Control and Disposition –product & material management
•Compliance of all Quality Assurance procedures
•System close out and billings.
•Other duties as assigned
