Our client, located north west of Boston, is seeking a Project Manager:

•Licensed Professional Engineer

•Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices relating to HVAC systems, including design, construction and codes.

•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Mechanical Engineering program

•Minimum 10 years of experience working in a consulting engineering firm

•Must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and a general understanding of plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems, including electrical distribution, lighting and special systems.

•Must have the ability to utilize computer systems as a tool to manage projects.  Must understand CAD operations.

•Must be capable of managing multiple projects and a project team.

•Must have developed the following skills: job knowledge, communications, leadership, planning, team work, decision making, judgement and problem solving.
