Position Description
Project Manager--Marketing
You will be responsible for leading our business partner/supplier program including developing relationships with key individuals in supplier organizations. Additional responsibilities include:
• Solicit funding from business partners for joint promotions featuring their products
• Eurest’s promotions program development including but not limited to photo shoots, and mangers guides
• Complete administrative tasks required to run the marketing office including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Coordinate and help manage all marketing expenses and budget preparation
• Manage the marketing office temporary help and shipping of bi-monthly marketing materials to all Eurest units
• Handle cross sector, global, Eurest field and Canteen franchises requests for all marketing materials and program information
• Coordinate the preparation and transfer of Eurest sales materials with the Proposal Development center
• Prepares Power Point presentation for key Eurest initiatives
• Work with Eurest marketing support staff to manage the VGS signage relationship and controls inventory levels
• Work on a variety of significant projects/initiatives as they become active.
• Produce and maintain key field data bases for shipping marketing materials and unit survey processes
• Administer payroll and maintains marketing budget
• Manage account payable and receivables
Necessary Ingredients:
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven plus years of experience preferably in the food service industry with a strong marketing background
• Organizational skills and project management experience
• Excellent oral communication and presentations skills
• Self starter and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Must be proficient in the following computer software programs i.e. MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Creative Suites, Project Management Software, Visio
