The Project Manager leads and manages key projects for the Adhesives Electronics business with a primary focus on execution; this includes managing stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables, timing, and resource management. This role is critical  and will focus on new product development projects with a focus on launching and managing Thermal Management materials in Henkel's Adhesives Electronics business.


 


 


What we offer


Provide leadership and management for product development projects, directing teams andmanaging stakeholder expectations.
Responsible for project execution including planning, resourcing, and delivery to schedule
Facilitate and manage the definition and delivery of vision and goals of the project
Promote and develop excellent project management throughout the organization
Balance best practice with reason and technical understanding for optimal execution
Provide regular status reports to the Technology and Business Leadership Teams
Manage multiple projects concurrently, driving risk mitigation and recovery plans

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


BS degree required.  Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business or other technical degree strongly preferred. 
PMP and CSM preferred
4+ years in a project management capacity, bringing new products to market is required.
Continuous improvement planning experience.
Experience in project budgeting.
Demonstrated combination of project management skills and technology expertise.
Positive attitude, driven, persistent, and results-oriented with the ability to influence withoutdirect authority.
Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in a global organization.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, andVisio).
Ability to travel up to 25%
