Lead, mentor and drive the Operational Excellence projects execution across various functional groups/teams. Utilize, coach, train and spread the knowledge of proven Operational Excellence tools and techniques
1. Lead 3 to 5 projects per year using apporpirate Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and tools. Partner with project teams and process owners to define and implement sustainable business solutions. Partner with process owners and develop sound and actionable control plans to ensure long term process change sustainability.
2. Present updates to senior management on behalf of functional project teams.
3. Effectively train/coach/mentor Green Belts in the application and knowledge of LSS methodologies, tools and techniques.
Bachelors degree in technical or quantitative business field.
Ms in industrial engineering/management, operations research, applied statistics/mathematics or quality engineering is a plus.
Certified Black Belt
Extensive experience in successful process improvement and project management through the application of Lean, DMAIC & Design Excellence methodologies in transactional & administrative business processes.
5-10 years of business experience with significant experience in continuous improvement principles.
Demonstrated track record of delivering cost and profit improvement solutions across multiple functional areas.

Strong execution, project- and matrix-management skills. Able to organize and drive projects to completion, with a hands-on approach.
Extensive GB training experience in transactional & administrative business processes desired.
Excellent synthesizing and presentation skills; able to distill and communicate essential elements to Senior Leadership. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
