Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Manager for its Power Plant Operations & Maintenance division. This is a direct hire position in Seattle, WA and covers states along the West Coast. You will need significant experience in a Power Plant production role such as Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, or Plant Manager. (we are not looking for construction Project Managers). Great benefits including relocation assistance. Responsibilities - Provide O&M (Operations & Maintenance) services to various Power Plants as assigned
- Provide O&M services during pre-commercial and transition phases of a project
- Serve as single point of contact for client and customer with authority to make independent decisions on behalf of company
- Transfer appropriate duties to Plant Manager prior to commercial operations phase
- Provide general oversight and coordinate headquarters and outside resource support for multiple projects
Requirements - BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in the Power Generation Industry
- Prior Power Plant (non nuclear) experience in the role of Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, O&M Manager, or Plant Manager
- Experience with Project Scheduling and Budgeting highly desirable
