This is a Direct Hire position, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Memphis, TN. Requirements:

Required Skills for this Project Manager position include the following:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 7-10 years if progressive experience
  
• Must have Project Management Professional Certification/PMI Certification (Project Management Institute) along with Healthcare IT experience
  
• Experience with large-scale Systems Implementation and Project Management
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills including strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  
• Strong Project Management experience, including PMI certification
  
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse healthcare environment and the ability to run a project
  
• System/Technical expertise in multiple healthcare applications or service-oriented industries required
  
• Experience with All Scripts TouchWorks application strongly preferred
  
• High level of analytical skills
  
• Demonstrated high levels of knowledge at the Enterprise level within a complex academic medical center environment
  
• Experience with Medical Group clinics and practices
  
• Must be an energetic team player who enjoys working in a laid-back atmosphere but who is also responsive and completes tasks as soon as they are given
  
• Must be able to work with the team and be a "hands-on" type of manager
