Position Description
Leads the effective high quality implementations of Tier II and Tier III MSP Accounts.  Oversees the complete project life cycle, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time, and within scope in order to maximize revenue.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Serves as support to Senior Project Manager for complex MSP, VMS & National Account Implementations.
• Provide support to 3rd party VMS Implementations is specific instances when determined by Deployment Director.
• Manages scope and maximize revenue while delivering implementation within agreed upon timeframes and contractual expectations.
• Provides regular reviews of field service quality and escalates service issues to field leadership and secure corrective action plans to resolve issues.
• Analyzes client incumbent data and establish the best plan of action for implementation to maximize revenue and client cost savings.  
• Attends sales presentations with senior management and sales staff in the capacity of subject matter expert for complex (MSP) implementations.
• Secures strong relationships with client leadership.
• Inspires others to generate higher results and to want to be on your team.
• Develops MSP Industry Best practice knowledge & tools.
• Serves as liaison between Solutions Engineer to internal and external organizations for VMS deployments.

Position Requirements

• Strong technology solutions background.
• Prefer prior vendor management system (VMS) experience.
• Strong full-cycle project management skills.
• Must be able to work in a high pressure environment.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Prefer prior experience implementing global business solutions.
