We are working with our client in locating a Project Manager to help build business cases for different BioPharm marketing and sales initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, IT & finance teams to implement and monitor key initiatives.

Job duties include:

• 
  
  Develop financial forecasts for BioPharm products, may include two year, five year and ten year forecasts


• 
  
  Drive rebate preparation and assist managed care with rebate forecasts projections.


• 
  
  Responsible for data management and analysis for a patient reimbursement program


• 
  
  Provide clear & timely answers to ad hoc questions from Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance.


• 
  
  Work closely with marketing to measure actual impact and value of programs e.g. speaker program, copay card program


• 
  
  Lead development of IT business intelligence initiatives to enhance field force information.


• 
  
  Requires ability to match field force requests with IT capabilities


• 
  
  Assist with Business Analysis projects as needed

Required Skills:

• 
  
  MBA or Masters Degree in Business, Math, Science, or Engineering plus 5-10 years related work experiences required


• 
  
  2-3 years management consulting experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business development areas strongly preferred


• 
  
  2-3 year brand management, market research, business analysis, and managed care program experience in a pharmaceutical company strongly preferred


• 
  
  Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required


• 
  
  Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks


• 
  
  Experience of IT implementations and roll-out from a user perspective preferred


• 
  
  Advanced proficiency in excel and power point required
