Job Description: VOC/Reseller Role - Project Manager
General Information
The AOL Advertising Self Service business unit is responsible for the business aspects and processes related to online self service advertising. Self Service is the ability for all advertisers, large and small, to leverage the power of AOL's network and suite of online advertising products (display, sponsored links & directory listings) through a self-directed advertiser portal.
Responsibilities to Include (but not limited to)
Contained within the AOL Advertising Self Service business unit is a structured Voice of the Customer (VOC) program. The intent of the program is to continuously compile feedback from a number of areas (e.g. Segment Primary Research [focus groups, surveys, etc.], Secondary/Industry Research, Customer Support, Scorecards/Metrics, Sales Feedback, Customer Interviews, Market Analysis, Biz Dev Opportunities, etc.). The feedback received will result in potential Operational Adjustments, Feature Set Prioritization and Marketing Adjustments. Additionally, there will be a Reseller/Agency Liaison program that will monitor the success/integration of Resellers/Agencies that have connected our to Self Service platform.
The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
Perform detailed Project Management activities
Solicit, synthesize and analyze data/metrics/feedback (e.g. performance, market, primary research, etc.)
Create and support actionable recommendations (as it relates to Operational Adjustments, Product Feature Set Prioritization, Marketing Adjustments) as a result of the data analysis
Collaborate and lead with the implementation of recommendations by working on cross-functional teams
Benchmark progress of executed recommendations
Develop and publish the VOC report every 60 days
Work across functional teams to ensure VOC results are understood, actioned and appropriately monitored
Liaison with Self Service Reseller/Agency customers to ensure appropriate training and integration

Knowledge of the Advertising space
Proven leadership abilities
Proven analysis and research expertise.
Strong written and communication skills.

Education and Experience
BS/BA required with a minimum of 5 years of project management, market research, and data analytics experience. Experience with an internet company or advertising company is a plus. Experience with Customer interaction and support a plus.
