Project Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management

Description:
Kaplan Test Prep is transforming the market for test preparation. Were looking for Project Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management, to lead change, communication and training efforts within this transformational effort.

The successful candidate will work with business leaders to define key organizational change needs, and develop tailored execution strategies and detailed plans around those needs. The candidate will plan communication and training, and will lead creation of stakeholder analysis, organizational assessments, risk mitigation, and reinforcement plans.

In addition to strategy and plans development, on a day-to-day basis the Project Manager will be working on the execution and follow-up of the plans in coordination with other members of the project team, the stakeholders and leadership.

In this role you will:

• Develop overarching global and specific business-unit tailored change management, communication and training strategies and plans
  
• Monitor and track deliverables and commitments
  
• Measure and monitor effectiveness of change activities
  
• Ensure that high levels of satisfaction are achieved with change in accordance with change management model
  
• Collaborate with business partners to leverage necessary resources and materials
  
• Provide leadership to resolve escalated change issues
  

What You Need To Succeed:

• Strong leadership and decision making, including an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle diverse situations, set goals and meet deadlines
  
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
  
• Exemplary inter-personal and influencing skills, including written and oral communication skills
  
• Proven ability to work directly with the business community, handle demanding user groups, and communicate with internal clients at all enterprise levels
  
• Motivation to work efficiently with minimal supervision, willingness to take initiative and employ good follow-through skills
  
• Bachelors Degree
  
• 3-5 years experience in a Project Management role, with demonstrated competence and achievements in leading an organization through organizational and system changes
