The primary function of this role will be to migrate existing Lockbox clients from the internal platform to our new service provider. Flawless execution of complex processes to create a quality client experience is at the core of what we do.
Experience Required
-Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)
-3 or more years of client management and project management experience required
-In-depth knowledge and experience with all related products and business processes
-Strong influence and negotiation skills as well as ability to lead virtual teams
-Knowledge of MS Office products as well as project management software
-Proven project management skills
Overview of Role
-Manage projects ranging in complexity from simple to moderate
-Act as primary interface with the client, coordinating all internal & external project activities
-Follow implementation and documentation approval process
-Comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives
-Manage multiple deals simultaneously (number of deals will depend on the scope and complexity of each project)
-Work with business partners in Technology, Product, and Service.
-Work with our external business partner to migrate existing lockbox customers

-Ability to identify issues and design solutions as well as demonstrated matrix management skills
-Understanding of corporate cash product capabilities
-Client service oriented and able to translate client deliverables into detailed plans.
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing in all aspects of the job and with multiple audiences in mind.
