Serves as Project Officer and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) over an Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Field Logistics Readiness Center (FLRC), performing field and/or sustainment level mission maintenance activities with the primary objective of enhancing the readiness of Army Units. Missions include, but are not limited to, augmenting soldier mechanics performing organizational maintenance, maintaining left-behind equipment during unit deployments, and providing pre-deployment and reconstitution maintenance support. Exercises full managerial authority for accomplishing the mission of the FLRC through a contractor workforce. Supervises a small management team (2-4 employees) engaged in contract oversight/quality assurance and administrative tasks.

BS Degree





Extensive leadership experience in Army maintenance operations. Maintenance staff management in Brigade or higher organization. Experience in managing contract maintenance operations. COR experience a plus.
