We are looking for a Project Recruiter for the Industrial or Automotive sectors.  This position could enable someone to stay in the role of Project Recruiter for a long-term situation or it could become an opportunity to grow into an Account Executive.

Background Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Entry Level Sales Experience is desired

Scope of the Position:

• Work out of office located in Novi, MI
• Report to the Manager of the office
• Work directly with the Manager in developing new business in the Industrial and Automotive sectors
• Identify, qualify, and recruit target candidates for our clients

Compensation:

• Base Salary
• Bonus / Commission

Realistic Total Compensation: Year 1 (30K - 45K), Year 2 (35K - 55K)
