We have an immediate need for a Project/Relationship Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Expected Responsibilities:
- Manage client contact throughout the implementation of the project
- Tracks and posts all implementation activities and documents to QuickBase
- Perform GAP Analysis through interviews with client
- Draft project scope based on GAP Analysis
- Presents finalized scope to client and use response to prepare project plans
- Participate and/or present data management capabilities to prospective clients
- Provide training to various levels of school district staff, secretaries, therapists, teachers, and administrators, when necessary.
- Maintain updated product/industry knowledge and ability to use relevant applications
- Maintain updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for each contract
- Consults with manager to finalize client planning, training, implementation and presentations
- Contribute to proposal writing
Relevant Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Special Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Human Resources or related field, and one year of training experience, or two years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required, but most travel will be in the NJ area
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to speak effectively in both group and individual settings
- Adequate computer literacy and skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Must have the ability to research state and federal policy and education topics, as they relate to the product implementation process
