MOCA professionals use existing cost and scheduling applications such as Primavera™ and Microsoft Project™, augmented with our proprietary MOCABuild™ software platform, to meet project requirements throughout the planning, executing and monitoring phases.

With MOCA experiencing steady growth, we are actively seeking a Project Scheduler to augment an existing project team and become the lead scheduler supporting transitional logistics moves. Interested candidates should have a thorough understanding of critical path scheduling techniques and earned value principles, to develop and maintain project schedules and integrated master schedules. The successful candidate(s) will support and augment the existing project team in the development of schedules and budgets using standard cost and scheduling applications.

Qualities you will have if you are a great candidate:        

Required

·        Four-year college degree (B.S.)

·        5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera or MS Project

·        Demonstrated MS word processing and Excel proficiency

·        Detail oriented, analytical and clear communicator

•    Able to obtain secret clearance at a minimum

A Plus

·        Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)

·        P6 Primavera Experience

·        Experience with USACE, AFCEE or NAVFAC construction/logistics programs

·        Primavera Certification

•    Able to start ASAP

·        Lead the development of critical path schedules, resource and cost loaded.

·        Progress current schedules in accordance with client requirements.

·        Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule

·        Assesses the impact(s) of changes and schedule slippage

·        Maintain an Integrated Master Program Schedule that includes multiple projects and dependencies  

·        Work closely with clients and project management team in setting project goals and analyzing the status of projects.

·        Communicate clearly with a wide variety of technical professionals.
