JOB DESCRIPTION: 

        Manage all CLIENT logistic in the
area, which he is responsible and support CLIENT Area manager and site manager
to perform their works. Assisting to manage all CLIENT activities on site. The
main activities are to coordinate, to control and to monitor the site work
according to the Project plans and the time table,related to : civil works,
electrical works, communication, and security.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the logistic of CLIENT equipment to the site; Manage the Transportation
and ware house in his site or  area;
Support the Site Manager to improve the performance, the time schedule and the
P&L; Responsible for the work content & time table of specific tasks
within the site (Build a time schedule for CLIENT professional representatives
who runs the sub-contractors), follows the time schedule of the project;
Analyzes and resolves work problems at the site in any field and solving work
problems

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

        Master's degree in Logistics, Infrastructure Planning; four related experience and/or training; 4
years related and approved experience as Assistant Site Manager; Technical
orientation in electronics, communication and especially civil work
(Infrastructure) including technical drawing understanding; Knowledge in MS
Project, MS Word and MS Excel; Knowledge of budget managing and controls it

In depended and individual abilities,
work under pressure, Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of concrete variables in situations. Driving license; Team Leader,   Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Ability to
work and to deal with different cultures

The employee
must have the ability to withstand long hours at external work sites, and may be required to do physical work such as lifting

ENVIRONMENT:

While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risk of
electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious
places; and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to
wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat. The noise level in the work
environment is usually and extreme loud.
