Michigan Multispecialty Physicians, P.C. is a 53 physician multispecialty group with 200 users located on the grounds of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We are currently in need of a Project/Systems Manager for our team.
Primary Responsibilities · Manage Microsoft Windows Server environment · Technical project planning · Technical writing · Implement and support technology solutions Required Skills/Experience · Ability to balance multiple projects, tasks and deadlines · Solid understanding of a Microsoft Windows Server environments · Strong technical writing skills · Experience supporting disk storage systems. · Experience with technical project management · Experience implementing standardized technology · Experience with disaster recovery solutions, including; tape backups, SQL clustered servers, high availability solutions, etc. · Experience using and implementing desktop management systems · Experience automating processes with technology to gain efficiencies · Understanding database administration · Customer service experience · Strong communication skills · Comfortable working with a team Preferred Skills · Experience supporting technology in a healthcare environment · Understanding of the HIPAA Security rule · Experience supporting Electronic Medical Records Systems · NextGen administration and configuration
