Job Description

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.

A Systems Analyst/Team Lead oversees the design, development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions. He/she is responsible for designing, coding, enhancing and testing software applications to meet business process requirements.  He/she supervises the identification and implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. He/she has some management responsibility for the technology solution and the development of the team.

Key responsibilities may include:

•         Supervising the designing, coding and testing of program modules

•         Developing/managing a work breakdown structure

•         Managing cross-application/cross-enterprise system or product integration testing through subordinate Test Leads

•         Directing the maintenance, repair and tuning of applications; directing user support activities; managing preventive maintenance activities

•         Managing executive level reporting

Qualifications

•           Minimum of 4 years Quality Assurance and Testing work experience.

•           Minimum of 1 year Team Lead/Project Management experience

•           Minimum of 1 year experience leading test planning and execution activities, project sizing, test strategy, test data definition, data setup, test execution, defect reporting & communication of status/metrics

Preferred Skills Requirements:

•           Experience with Mercury tools: QTP/QuickTest Pro, LoadRunner, WinRunner, Quality Center

•           Test Management/Test Lead experience in Banking or Financial industry

•           Experience working with onshore/offshore teams

•           Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

•           Desire to work in an information systems environment

•           Strong communication skills, time management and project management skills

•           Performance management skills

•           Basic program management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects
