1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, prefer Engineering major
2. Minimum of 3 years supervising associates and 5 years in a high speed, consumer packaged goods manufacturing plant.
3. Good examples of continuous improvement initiative you lead with results.
4. As a night shift supervisor you are a major decision maker in the plant.
5. Likely you are currently employed in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or plastic blow mold manufacturer
6. Willingness to relocate to Western Michigan within 30 days of hire. Prefer local or renter relocation first.
