We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong team player mentality to join our team as a Property Accountant.  This individual will perform accounting for a portfolio of 15 retail properties.  This includes AR/AP, monthly closings, Quarterly CAM Reconciliations, billing adjustments, budget and financial analysis with Property Managers. Strong lease administration skills are required. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. This person will report directly to the CFO and Director of Property Management.

Qualified candidate(s) must have a minimum of 5 years experience in GL/AP/AR/CAM, billing/reporting. MRI experience is required. BA/BS Degree preferred.
