Property Accountant

About the Job

We are currently looking for a property accountant for one of our clients. Candidates must have six or more years of experience in a similar role in order to be applicable to this position.

 

Duties for this position include:

 

- Preparing monthly bank recs
- Maintaining property bank accounts
- G/L account analysis and JE functions
- Fixed asset accounting
- Year end tenant recs
- Monthly rent statements

 

Requirements for the position:

 

- Bachelors or higher education preferred but not required
- Previous usage of Timberline or MRI accounting software suites
