Essential Job Functions:
· Prepare new client submissions
· Scan and build marketing files
· Prepare renewal marketing submissions
· Prepare loss history: Request loss runs from companies and complete loss summary as needed. Evaluate loss analysis and ensure accuracy prior to submittal on new or renewal business.
· Prepare premium finance contracts and company financing as needed
· Bind coverage as requested.
· Create Policy Book.
· Prepare and authorize ID cards for auto risks, laminating ID Cards, etc.
· Maintain Certificate of Insurance List and create master template for COI’s.
· Policy Checking - check policies against Proposal/Application
· Process policy change requests, ordering and receiving.
· Coordinate the development and maintain individual client service schedules and ensure delivery of value added services
· Maintain client data integrity through regular maintenance/oversight of updates of applications, schedules, etc.
· Review company audits for accuracy, invoice and follow up on additional premiums as required (refer to workflows/procedures).
· Assist in the cross-sell and round out of accounts by offering advice about existing products and promoting value added services
· Answer client calls concerning all service issues and product queries from clients quickly, efficiently and accurately
· Coordinate High Performance Team meetings with all players on a monthly basis
· As Team Leader, provide training and development to team members
· Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
