Job Purpose/Role
Resolution of Property claims

Key Responsibilities
-Analysis of Personal and Commercial Property coverages
-Investigating property claims
-Evaluating property claims
-Managing third party vendors proactively
-Negotiating and settling property claims toward timely resolution and payment
-Utilizing new system technologies and workflows
-Working in a fast-paced environment
-Responding to inquiries from customers, agents and others
-Ability to obtain adjuster license

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
-Strong customer service experience
-Property adjusting experience
-Ability to work in a customer service oriented environment with a focus on high levels of productivity
-Ability to multi-task
