Business Manager

Business Managers are responsible for the overall performance of the community, financially, aesthetically, and in resident relations.  The Business Manager is also responsible for managing the day to day operation of the office and leading on-site team.  Prior on-site management is required and must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends.

Education:  A high school education or equivalent is required.  A college degree is preferred.

Liability Management, Owner communications reporting

Requirements:

Working Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer

Marketing and Budgeting experience

Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills

We are seeking top candidates to fill the position of Business Manager for a new CLASS A Luxury Apartment Community.  The property is schedule to begin pre-leasing in November. Interested Candidates MUST have senior-level experience in property management.

Leasing Professional

Leasing Professionals are very sales and service driven.  They present LPC's first impression to the client and must present a professional image.  This position requires good organizational, communication and basic mathematical skills.  It will also require an individual who is assertive and has the ability to close a sale.  Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/ weekends.  There is no previous property management required; however sales and/or customer service background is desirable.  Prior leasing experience preferred.
