Essential job functions of a Property Manager include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations of the community especially the lease up phase, overseeing all staff, ensuring the community operates within budget and ensuring that resident concerns are answered with outstanding customer service skills and are addressed in a timely manner.

Essential job functions of a Leasing Consultant, include, but are not limited to, helping provide potential residents with information about the community and model choices, showing luxury apartments to prospective residents, assisting with both new lease or renewal processes, and completing other tasks as assigned.

Essential job functions of the Maintenance Technician will include, but are not  limited to, ensuring the grounds and facilities of the community remain in premiere condition, completing maintenance related repairs and turns between residents and completing other tasks as assigned.

All candidates must have proven customer service and experience delivery skills and have a passion for residential property management.
