Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of apartment buildings and condos in Calumet City and surrounding south suburbs. Candidate must be experienced, have strong communication and writing skills, have strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Must be available M-F 8 to 5 and some Saturdays 10 to 2.
Manage, lease, and market residential properties and meet compan goals.
Manage all day to day operations of the properties including but not limited to:
* Office administration
* Rent collection
* Supervising all office and maintenance personnel
* Handle all customer service matters in a professional manner.
* Work aggressively on resident retention
* Maintaining the curb appeal, quality, and physical integrity of company assets
