Summary of Job:
Responsible for all profit and loss, customer service, quality, safety and employee turnover of the entire account to include Stewarding, Housekeeping, Public Area and other Back of House Functions. Must have outstanding customer service skills and technical knowledge. Relocation is available. Must have experience working in Las Vegas for a Major Casino. No exceptions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have:
5 years Housekeeping Management experience in a large casino
5 years Stewarding Management experience in a large casino
5 years experience leading a group of 150 hourly employees and supervisors
Outstanding leadership, communication and computer skills
College Degree preferred.
Must Have Experience Working In Las Vegas for a Large Casino Company. No Exceptions. Advanced knowledge of Back of House Operations in Hotels and Restaurants.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must meet company and clients appearance standards.
Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees.
Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.

Salary Range is $80,000 - $100,000 per year
plus benefits after 60 days.
