This is a Direct Hire position, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Maitland, FL. Requirements:

Required Skills for this Proposal Development Project Manager position include the following:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Executives
  
• Ability to impact behavior of others without direct authority
  
• Has excellent Project Management/writing skills
  
• Ability to manage the day-to-day Opportunity Management processes
  
• Must be well versed in RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Request for Information) processes
  
• Must have worked with Human Capital Management and/or Organizational Development
  
• Must be proficient in writing proposals/presentations
  
• Must have experience working and managing a complex process
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Microsoft Excel and Project user
  
• Skill and experience with Lotus Notes
  
• Database Management experience
  
• Detail-oriented and organized
  
• Must be Process-Driven
  
• Outplacement, Staffing and/or RPO industries background preferred
