	FedSys, Inc. a leader in government contracting, is currently looking for a Proposal Director to serve at its corporate headquarters in Jupiter, FL. The successful candidate will be able to interface with capture managers and senior leadership, determine proposal requirements and develop strategies for proposal development. Qualifications: - Ability to lead and manage overall proposal efforts including planning, organizing, strategy development and writing, task delegation and adherence to schedules. - 10+ years experience in the drafting, and production of proposals for federal customers including demonstrated experience leading proposal teams. - Experience interfacing with capture team, assisting in the development of proposal strategies and executing the vision of the senior leadership. - Ability to analyze proposal requirements, develop compliance matrixes and ensure adherence to required schedules. - Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism or a related field preferred
