As
Commercial Proposal Engineer, you will provide support selling resources and sales leadership in the development of financial based bundled complex service solutions for targeted customers. You will be responsible for coordinating resources in operations, solutions, IT, external, and sales to effectively deliver proposals on schedule and under budget, as well as m-manage action items for assigned resources to ensure proper delivery of coordinated product and services offering as directed by Sales Management. You will be responsible for creating winning proposal for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
> Ability to present technical portion of bundled service solution
> Highly skilled in use of engineering tools
> Support of selling resources as directed by the Sales Leader
> Provides timely and accurate reports to management on activities and customer status
> Ability to lead cross functional teams to support new business development including but not limited to site energy audits, audit validation, utility bill analysis, weather normalization, engineering analysis, modeling, ROI calculation, proposal generation and reporting
> Ability to accurately estimate project costs including hardware, software, internal services, and external labor
Basic qualifications:
> Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
> 7+ years of experience in HVAC industry.
> Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
> Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
> Ability to multi-task.
> Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, team oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications:
> Demonstrated ability to develop engineering and feasibility solutions customized for targeted customers.
> 7+ years of experience developing ECM (Energy Conservation metrics) using HVAC and Energy Management Strategies.
> MBA and PMP preferred.
> Superior expertise and a strong background in HVAC, Energy Conservation, Lighting, and Facilities Management.
> Six Sigma Certified.
> Certified Energy Manager.
> Financial and Business Management aptitude.
