Our marketers join McKinley’s clients’ teams on an interim basis when additional resources are needed to supplement staff with targeted skills, help manage specific projects, or fill in for colleagues on leave.  They are also called upon to fill open permanent positions in marketing and communications within our clients’ organizations.

We seek mid-to senior-level marketing professionals from corporate and/or agency backgrounds with seven or more years of marketing experience.  We offer a wide variety of opportunities which change on a daily basis. 

The optimum candidate is someone who is available to work full-time (typically 35-40 hours per week, sometimes more), on-site at a client location in Dallas, Texas.

We have an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with experience in the construction industry.

Proposal Management: manage production of proposals, presentations and associated graphics.  Improve, refine, and update all boilerplate proposal information on a continual basis.   Support and implement proposal and presentation strategies which include editing, recommending strategy/verbiage changes, etc. 

Marketing: oversee creation of tactical marketing pieces and customized collateral to support market segments. Develop and maintain business development/marketing tools and resources, including brochures, advertising templates, direct mail campaigns, award nominations and public relations materials to support the acquisition of new business. Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget based upon company objectives and strategic business plan.  Experience with InDesign and the Adobe Suite of tools is essential.

Customer Relations:
Build effective relationships with internal/external customers. Actively participate in industry, client, company and community relations to enhance company image
