Proposal Manager

Venable LLP has a new opportunity available for an experienced marketing professional to work closely with firm partners, Marketing and Business Development team members and firm management to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other proposal-related activities across the firm.  The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the internal review and approval process, identifying key opportunities and areas for scrutiny, quality control and ensuring full compliance with established firm policies, procedures and standards throughout the proposal process.

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of eight years of marketing experience, including project/production management of proposals in a professional services environment; a thorough understanding of the proposal process in a professional services environment; project management skills; excellent attention to detail and communication skills.  Project management software experience desirable.

The Proposal Manager reports to the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
