PROVIDER OUTREACH / RISK ADJUSTMENT MANAGER

Responsible for maximizing risk scores for both the Medicare and Medi-Cal lines of business for Care1st Health Plan.

Requires minimum 3 years experience working directly with providers in a data intensive and project management environment.  Bachelor’s degree in math, science or business; Master’s degree preferred.  Prior supervisory, sales, Medicare and/or Medicaid, coding and claims experience preferred.  Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
