Position Description

Public Health Analyst 3

The Public Health Policy Program within the Health, Social and Economics Research Unit of RTI International has an immediate opening for a Public Health Analyst to coordinate and assist with the conduct of public health research and evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

* Conduct complex statistical/econometric analyses
* Coordinate and manage health research activities
* Conduct literature reviews
* Manage correspondence and project communications
* Assisting with submission of grant and contract proposal

Qualifications

Prefered Skills:

* Experience in SAS or STATA
* Experience with technical writing
* Experience or classwork related to evaluation

Qualifications

* The pending completion of the requirements for a Masters in Economics, Health Policy or Public Health is required.
* Strong quantitative skills
* Strong academic record
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
