We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to develop and implement marketing strategies for our Public Sector Construction Management services.
Responsibilities:
· Create a vision and mission for the Public Sector Construction Management group and develop marketing strategies and tactics to implement
· Grow the Public Sector Construction Management business development performance, people (staffing and development), budgets and profitability
· Manage the full life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of construction projects
· Execute long-term business and marketing strategies
· Identify potential clients within the public sector and develop sales strategy
· Enhance current public sector client base
· Provide leadership and guidance to proposal team from inception to completion
· Participate in project costing and bid preparation to the extent required
· Review assigned projects award to employer to define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, and vendor lists
Requirements:
· 15+ years of experience project management and business development of construction of public works projects
· Experience in project formulation, construction operations, and/or facilities management
· Bachelors in civil, mechanical, chemical, electrical, environmental engineering
· Military background a plus
· Outstanding leadership skills
