The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. 

 

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

 

The SOA Security Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing message-level security for biometric and biographic services.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Design and implement message layer security architecture utilizing WS-Security standards for authentication, authorization, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of client messages
  • Design and implement a secure application programming interface (API) for stakeholders to utilize when interfacing with the client
  • Design and implement the integration of message layer security with the client Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and business applications
  • Support the integration of law enforcement and biometric information exchange models, such as NIEM, EBTS, and GJXDM with SOA security solution

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 3 years experience developing Enterprise Applications using Java
  • 1 year experience with Web Services using SOAP Protocol
  • 1 year experience with XML Access Security technologies like SAML and XACML
  • 1 year experience in Design and implementation of WS-Security, WS-Policy and other WS-* related Technologies SOA Security
  • 1 year experience with implementing Cryptographic solutions and PKI in a SOA/WOA environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of system engineering

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

 

  • Knowledge of OSI layer protocols their usage
  • Experience in middleware technologies like JMS, IBM MQ, Oracle AQ and ESB
  • Experience with Layer 7 XML Networking Gateway, or similar product
  • Experience with integrating and working with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite
  • Experience with implementing security solutions for the U.S. Federal Government
