We are currently seeking a Neurosurgical RN who will provide consultancy solutions support to the design and implementation as well as the eventual day to day clinical care of TBI patients and their families. Function is also responsible for providing assessments and solutions for clinical care and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating)

Education Required
Master's degree in nursing or health administration preferred
Healthcare administration management experience within the military health system desired

Job Requirements
6-8 years of experience in the following areas: Federal consulting experience a plus. Quality Improvement/Regulatory Compliance experience - Assists with surveys and requests from regulatory bodies and intermediaries Designs and implements processes to ensure care plan integration, customer satisfaction, clinical workflow optimization and back office integration Provide cost management and cost containment strategies and solutions Has a strong understanding of clinic operational processes and workflows and is able to assist in the design and implementation of standard operating procedures for admitting, diagnosis, treatment, case management, staffing and supplies as well as the integration of strategic care partners Monitors utilization of resources by every patient to assure effective delivery of services Has a strong understanding of operational strategic planning and performance management, and a history of proven experience in providing creative, practical solutions to challenging problems in complex environments Strong leadership and management experience in effective team building
