Job Description


Manage the Publications Group and prepare documents for a rapidly growing engineering and construction company working in the Environmental, Infrastructure, and Building/Facilities markets.  Drive the coordination and delivery processes of multiple word processing projects and proposals.  Work collaboratively to execute against time deadlines.  Ensure accuracy, quality, format, and standards are met in the preparation and delivery of the final document.


 


Requirements


·         Responsibilities include planning, organizing, writing, managing, and coordination of schedules and deadlines for publications related to word processing and proposal projects


·         Publications/Administrative team supervisory experience ensuring adherence to style and format requirements and superior quality, flexibility, and high levels of productivity


·         Ability to react quickly in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively with a broad range of Project Managers


·         Execute independently and collaboratively as needed to facilitate solutions


·         Exceptional editing and word software skills


·         Requires excellent organization skills and ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines


·         Proven record of strong organizational and problem solving skills


·         Self motivated individual requiring minimal supervision and willingness to work extended hours or weekends, as necessary to assure effectiveness of word processing and proposal processes during demanding workload periods


 


Qualifications


·         BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or other Business related field


·         Minimum of Seven years of directly related experience working in a supervisory role


·         Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)


·         Graphic software skills highly desired


·         Excellent oral and written communications skills


·         Strong management, organization, administrative, and team building skills
