We are currently seeking a QA Analyst for our offices in Hauppauge, NY, Jacksonville, FL or Cedar Rapids, IA. This position requires at least 5 years of healthcare related industry experience. Hospital experience in a Clinical or Pharmacy setting is highly desired. In depth knowledge of the current functionalities associated with healthcare information systems. The desired candidate must have excellent writing, communication and analytical skills. Ability to structure and present detailed information in an effective and professional manner. This position is responsible for the testing and quality assurance of the Keane products with Product Development and Technical services. Responsible for insuring product functional validation against specifications and that product testing is correct and completed on time. They will be responsible for application testing, unit testing as well as integration testing. Provide assistance as requested to Sales/Marketing, Implementations, Application Client Support, Product Development and Technical Services. They will interface with Product Managers to increase knowledge of new functions, products and design requirements. May be called upon to provide product and procedural training for internal Keane employees and/or customers. Pharmacist, Pharmacy Tech,RN, LPN experience in a hospital setting strongly desired.
