4 Corner Resources has an immediate opening for a QA Analyst with a large company in Jacksonville. This is a six month + contract opportunity. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of QA experience and a BS/BA or a minimum of 8 years of QA experience with a strong technical background with specific focus on Web applications.

Duties of the opening include but are not limited to the following:

·       Perform and manage others in the creation and execution of unit, systems, and integration testing activities for large-sized projects without supervision.

·       Estimation of QA effort for large-sized software development projects without supervision.

·       Development of criteria, scenarios, and scripts for user acceptance testing and management of the user acceptance testing process.

·       Creation of moderately complex data queries (joining 3 or more tables) to validate data accuracy and integrity.

·       Must be able to test data values by calling stored procedures and functions.

·       Must have automated testing tool experience and be able to help suggest/implement testing tools.

·       Must be able to work with multiple software developer resources on a single project to determine special testing needs and/or unusual risks.

·       Must be able to perform Risk identification and documentation.

·       Must be able to work in an agile development environment.

·       Must have solid written and verbal communications skills

·       Must be able to work independently within a team.
